Christine Liwag Dixon is a multiracial Filipino American writer and musician. She freelances for a number of publications and is a columnist for the Filipino Star News. She is the author of Barkada Tayo: Essays on Being Filipino-American and From These Islands I Rise, a poetry collection about the Filipino American experience.
